Our Story - From Skillflare to Excelledge

The Journey from Skillflare to Excelledge

In 2019, we began our journey as Skillflare—a training organization in Hyderabad committed to developing essential skills in students and professionals. Over three years, we worked with numerous educational institutions and organizations, honing our methodology and deepening our understanding of what creates truly transformative learning experiences.

By 2022, our approach had evolved significantly. We had developed proprietary programmes, refined our experiential learning methodology, and built a reputation for delivering measurable results. It was time for our brand to reflect this growth.

We became Excelledge—a name that captures our commitment to excellence and our focus on giving learners "the edge" they need to succeed. More than a rebrand, this was a reaffirmation of our core purpose: unlocking growth potential through values-driven, experiential training.

Today, Excelledge continues the mission that began with Skillflare, but with greater clarity, stronger methodology, and an expanded range of training solutions designed to meet diverse learning needs.
